Un pomeriggio insieme in cerimonia, movimento, silenzio e rituale nella natura.
Ci riuniamo in una sala nel cuore del bosco a Grezzana, nella provincia di Verona. La natura sarà parte viva della cerimonia — usciremo tra gli alberi per un rituale di connessione con la terra, con le radici, con ciò che vuole essere lasciato andare prima dell’inverno.
Beviamo il Cacao insieme come medicina del cuore. Ci muoviamo attraverso la Movement Medicine — danza consapevole che ci porta a connetterci profondamente ai quattro elementi e alle energie dell’equinozio attraverso il corpo. Non servono parole. Il corpo sa.

Se senti il richiamo dell’autunno. Se vuoi lasciar andare il vecchio e fare spazio al nuovo. Se vuoi ricordare come si sente a fidarsi della sagezza del proprio corpo. An afternoon together in ceremony, movement, silence and ritual in nature.
We gather in a room in the heart of the forest in Grezzana, near Verona. Nature will be a living part of the ceremony, we will step outside among the trees for a ritual of connection with the earth, with the roots, with what wants to be released before winter arrives.
We drink Cacao together as heart medicine. We move through Movement Medicine, a conscious dance that brings us into deep connection with the four elements and the energies of the equinox through the body. No words needed. The body knows.

༄ؘ ˑ what to bring: Comfortable layered clothing to move freely, we will be barefoot inside the room // Water bottle // Good shoes for a walk in the woods // A cushion, yoga mat and light blanket for the moments of stillness // Something to share at the end of the Ceremony, preferably vegetarian and with gluten-free options to include everyone.
