1:1 Private Movement Medicine® session
Your body knows things your mind has forgotten. It holds the shape of old joys, unspoken longings, and the wild aliveness you were born with. In this 1:1 session, we create space for all of it, the stuck parts and the free parts, the grief and the glory to move through you.
No dance experience needed. No performance. No getting it right. Just you, your breath, and the medicine that lives in your bones. If you have a body, you can do this work.
In this session, we find sanctuary in the space between your bones, muscles and heartbeat. Between your longing and your resistance. Between you and whatever supports or guides you. Movement is always here, in your chest’s delicate expansion, in a fiery gesture, in a releasing jump, in soft rocking. It whispers: you are safe, my darling. You are safe and you are wildly alive.
No dance experience needed. No steps to memorize. No performance. Just you, your breath, and what wants to emerge when you finally give it space. If you have a body, you can do this work.
~ WHAT IS included ~
~ One hour together on Zoom. I’ll hold space while you move, breathe, and reconnect with your body through music I choose specifically for you in that moment. This is a liberating movement meditation practice where you welcome yourself exactly as you are and let what needs to emerge, emerge.
Available in English, Spanish or Italian. All bodies, all identities, all backgrounds welcome.

~ Prepare a safe space to move (doesn’t need to be large), good internet connection, and speakers or headphones.

~ Moving suggestions ~
Find a space where you can move freely. It doesn’t need to be large, just clear the floor around you and be mindful of furniture or anything you could trip on. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily. Dancing barefoot is recommended if you can.
Please listen to your body throughout. Rest whenever you need to. Drink water. This is your practice and your pace.
