By placing an order or booking a session, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age
Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
Provide accurate and complete information

3. SERVICES OFFERED

3.1 Embodied Brand Coaching Sessions

Nature of Service:

One-to-one personalized coaching sessions delivered in presence or via video call (Zoom/Skype)
Intuitive, customized approach based on individual needs
May include movement, embodiment practices, and brand strategy work

Session Booking:

Sessions are booked through Cal.eu booking system
You will receive a confirmation email with session details
Video link will be provided before the scheduled session

Duration:

Individual session packages as specified at time of purchase
Typical session length: 60-90 minutes (as specified in service description)

Requirements:

Stable internet connection
Device with video camera and audio capability
Quiet, private space where you can speak and move freely

3.2 Movement Medicine, Embodiment, and Cacao Sessions

Nature of Service:

Group or individual sessions delivered online or in-person
May include physical movement, dance, breathwork, and ceremonial cacao
Experiential and participatory format

Location:

Online sessions via Zoom
In-person sessions at specified venues (location provided upon booking)

Health and Safety:

Participants must be in good physical health
Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions

3.3 Digital Products

Product Types:

Downloadable PDFs (guides, workbooks, templates, resources)
Digital courses and programs
Templates and creative materials

Delivery:

Immediate download upon payment confirmation
Access link sent to your email address
No physical products are shipped

Usage Rights:

Personal or internal business use only
Non-transferable, non-exclusive license
No resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without written consent

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include Italian VAT (IVA) where applicable
Prices are those in effect at the time of order placement
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

a) PayPal

Processed through PayPal’s secure payment gateway
Subject to PayPal’s Terms of Service

b) Direct Bank Transfer (Bonifico Bancario)

Available for purchases over €250
Bank details provided after order placement
Payment reference must include order number or session description
Order confirmed only after funds clear in our account
Bank transfer may take 1-3 business days to process

4.3 Payment Timing

For Sessions:

Payment is required before the session date
We recommend booking and paying at least 48 hours before your desired session time
Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received

For Digital Products:

Payment must be completed before download access is granted

For Monthly Packages:

Payment may be split into installments as agreed at time of purchase:
- First installment: At the beginning of the service period
- Second installment (if applicable): At the midpoint of the agreed sessions

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIRITTO DI RECESSO)

Under the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Articles 52-59), consumers have the right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

HOWEVER, this right of withdrawal does NOT apply in the following circumstances:

5.1 Services – Withdrawal Right Waived

For coaching sessions, movement sessions, and events:

The right of withdrawal does not apply when:

You expressly request that service performance begins before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, AND
You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed

At the time of purchase, you will be asked to provide explicit consent via checkbox stating:

“I expressly request that the service (coaching/movement session/event) begins immediately upon booking and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code once the service is fully performed.”

What this means:

✅ Before your session takes place = you can cancel (see Section 6 for our cancellation policy)
❌ After your session has taken place = no refund available (service fully performed)

5.2 Digital Content – Withdrawal Right Waived

For downloadable digital products (PDFs, guides, templates):

The right of withdrawal does not apply when:

The digital content is delivered immediately, AND
You give your express prior consent, AND
You acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal

At the time of purchase, you will be asked to provide explicit consent via checkbox stating:

“I expressly consent to immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code once the download begins.”

What this means:

✅ Before you download the product = you can request a refund within 14 days
❌ After you download the product = no refund available (content accessed)

5.3 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal (When Applicable)

If your purchase qualifies for the right of withdrawal and the 14-day period has not expired:

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

This is our business policy that applies in addition to legal withdrawal rights.

6.1 Cancellation by Client – Sessions

24+ Hours Before Session:

✅ Full right to reschedule at no additional cost
Contact us via email or through Cal.eu booking system
We will work with you to find a new suitable date

Less than 24 Hours Before Session:

❌ No refund available
❌ Session is considered completed
Session fee is forfeited

No-Show (Client Does Not Attend):

❌ No refund available
❌ Session is considered completed
Session fee is forfeited

Exceptions:

Medical emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Documentation may be requested
Contact us as soon as possible to discuss options

6.2 Cancellation by Camille Barrios

If I need to cancel or postpone a session due to personal reasons, illness, or unforeseen circumstances:

✅ You will be notified as soon as possible
✅ Full rescheduling at no additional cost
✅ Alternative: Full refund if rescheduling is not possible

6.3 Monthly Package Cancellations

For multi-session packages paid upfront or in installments:

Cancellation with 2 Weeks Notice:

Either party may terminate the agreement with 2 weeks written notice
Remaining balance will be refunded within 14 days
No refund for sessions already delivered

7. DELIVERY OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

7.1 Service Delivery – Sessions

Sessions are delivered on the date and time booked through Cal.eu
Video link provided 24-48 hours before session
Sessions delivered via Zoom by choice or other video session platform previously agreed on

7.2 Digital Product Delivery

Immediate download access upon payment confirmation
Download link sent to the email address provided at checkout
Link remains active for 30 days from purchase date
If you experience technical issues, contact us within 30 days for assistance

7.3 Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems:

With session video connection: Contact us immediately during scheduled session time
With downloads: Contact us within 30 days with order number
We will work to resolve issues or provide alternative access

8. INVOICE (FATTURA) REQUIREMENTS

8.1 For Italian Residents

If you require an invoice (fattura), you must provide:

Full legal name (or business name if P.IVA holder)
Complete address
Codice Fiscale (for individuals) OR P.IVA (for businesses)

8.2 Invoice Issuance

Invoices issued within 15 days of payment
Electronic invoice sent to your registered email or PEC
Invoice data stored for 10 years as required by Italian tax law

8.3 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate invoicing information. Errors in information you provide cannot be corrected after invoice issuance without following official amendment procedures.

9. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND LIABILITY WAIVERS

9.1 Nature of Movement-Based Services

By participating in Movement Medicine, Embodiment, or Cacao sessions, you acknowledge:

Physical Activity:

Sessions involve physical movement, dance, and may include breathwork
You are responsible for your own physical wellbeing
You will move at your own pace and within your physical capabilities
You will immediately stop if you experience pain or discomfort

Emotional Content:

Movement and embodiment practices may bring emotions to the surface
This is a normal part of the process
You are responsible for your emotional wellbeing

Not a Substitute for Therapy or Medical Care:

These services are coaching and educational in nature
They are NOT therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling
You confirm you are seeking appropriate professional support if needed

9.2 Health Requirements

By booking sessions, you declare that:

You are in good general physical health
You are fit and able to participate in physical movement
You have no medical conditions that would make physical activity dangerous

You must inform me in advance if you have:

Heart conditions or cardiovascular issues
Recent injuries or physical restrictions
Pregnancy
Any condition requiring medical supervision for physical activity

9.3 Cacao Consumption

Important Safety Information:

Cacao contains compounds that may interact with certain medications and conditions.

DO NOT consume cacao if you:

Are allergic to cacao or chocolate products
Are taking antidepressants (SSRIs, MAOIs)
Are taking medication for anxiety or psychosis
Have heart conditions or high blood pressure
Are taking any stimulant medications

By participating in cacao ceremonies, you:

Confirm you have no contraindications
Take full responsibility for your decision to consume cacao
Acknowledge that Camille Barrios is not a medical professional
Agree to consult your physician if you have any concerns
Will seek immediate medical attention if you experience adverse reactions

9.4 Limitation of Liability

You agree that:

Personal Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after all sessions
No Liability for Injuries: Camille Barrios shall not be held responsible for any injuries, physical or emotional, that may occur during or after sessions
Online Session Safety: For online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring your physical space is safe for movement (clear of obstacles, appropriate flooring, sufficient space)
Maximum Liability: In any event, Camille Barrios’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

10.1 Your Information

All information you share during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except:

Supervision and Professional Development:

Topics may be discussed with my supervisor/mentor for professional development
All such discussions are anonymous (no identifying information shared)
This is standard practice in coaching and therapeutic professions

Legal Requirements:

Information may be disclosed if required by law or court order
Information may be disclosed if there is risk of harm to self or others

10.2 Recording

Sessions are not recorded unless you request recording for your personal use. If you wish to record sessions, you must:

Request permission in advance
Use recordings for personal reference only
Not share, publish, or distribute recordings

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 Website Content

All content on camillebarrios.com is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws:

Text, graphics, logos, images, videos
Downloadable resources and digital products
Course materials and program content

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission
Use content for commercial purposes

11.2 Digital Products – Usage License

When you purchase digital products, you receive:

Claim as your own work

11.3 Violation of Terms

Affected sessions will be rescheduled
If rescheduling is not possible, full refund will be provided
